Purpose
Own the raw content pipeline that feeds the UK and US creative. Source UGC, manage creators, and make sure assets are organised and accessible. Footage powers the ads, this role makes sure it never runs dry.
What the role does:
- Manages the creator pipeline end to end. Sourcing, briefing, reviewing, paying. Builds and maintains a roster of paid creators across UK and US on retainer or per-piece deals. Handles whitelisting and Spark Ads access.
- Runs the UGC engine through Recharm (recharm.com).
- Briefs creators, manages outputs, ensures content matches the testing roadmap by region.
- Requests footage from the in-house shoot team based on what the pods need. Doesn't run shoots, but knows what's needed and when, and makes sure shoot outputs land in the right place.
- Stores and tags everything. Every clip categorised by angle, persona, product, talent, region, setting in the central asset library, so editors can find what they need in under a minute.
- Mines organic. CRAFTD Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube comments. Surfaces customer-generated content worth licensing or repurposing.
Ideal candidate will have
Junior to mid level. Highly organised, comfortable juggling 20+ creators and briefs in flight at once. Ecom experience, ideally DTC. Influencer or creator management experience. Familiar with platforms like Recharm. Able to work UK timezone. UK and US market awareness.
