How can I shop the sale early?

The only way to shop early is by joining our Early Access list. If successful, you’ll get a one hour head start and first pick of the pieces most likely to sell out.

Will I need a password to shop early?

Yes. Keep an eye on your inbox as your private link and password will be sent just before the sale begins.

Will new items be included in the sale?

Yes. Every item on our site will be discounted, including our latest Clover releases and brand new Make Your Own Set collections.

How big will the discounts be?

BIG. Expect 30% to 71% OFF every CRAFTD piece, plus an extra 5% OFF when you Sign Up for Early Access.

That’s up to 76% OFF, our biggest ever savings.

Is shopping during early access essential?

Only if you want first pick of the pieces that sell out in the first hour.

Remember, there will be no restocks before, during, or after the sale. Once something you want is gone, it’s gone until 2026 (at full price).

Will gifts be included in the sale?

Yes. This year, Gift Sets and all Make Your Own Sets (including our new Chain and Pendant Sets) are discounted on top of their usual bundle savings.

If you’ve had your eye on something special, whether for yourself or someone else, this is the best opportunity before the holidays.

Can I reserve my favourites pieces?

We can’t reserve items, but here’s a tip:

Add them to your cart the morning of the sale. When Early Access starts, your picks will be ready to check out instantly with discounts already applied.

Will you be restocking sale items?

No. Once something sells out, it’s gone until 2026.

Early Access is your only chance to get what you want before someone else does.

When does the sale end?

It depends on stock. With savings this big, things move quickly, so shop early to avoid disappointment.

Can I use a discount code?

Not during Black Friday. All codes are paused until the event ends.

Will you have any pay later options available?

Yes, we’ve got multiple flexible payment options:

• 🇬🇧 UK: Clearpay, Klarna, PayPal
• 🇺🇸 USA: Sezzle, PayPal
• 🇪🇺 EU: PayPal

Plus express checkout with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I return items from the sale?

Yes. We’ve extended returns to 60 days so you can shop for gifts risk-free.
Just make sure items are in their original condition and packaging.

Standard and express shipping will be available throughout the sale.

I've made a mistake on my order, can i change it?

Once you’ve hit that 'pay now' button and your order’s confirmed, we can’t make changes or cancellations. You can, however, return or exchange once it arrives.

I’ve made multiple orders, but only one has arrived

That’s normal. Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis, and sometimes your second order might arrive before your first. Keep an eye on your tracking emails.

I'm missing some items from my order

Your order may be split into separate packages depending on stock. If that happens, you’ll receive tracking for each. If an item sold out after you ordered, it will be refunded automatically. As always, we'll keep you updated via email.
