Working as part of the Finance Team, reporting to the The Head of Finance, this role will be predominantly responsible for maintenance of the companies ledger accounts. You will ensure timely processing of invoices, sales postings and account reconciliations to enable accurate reporting and payables and assist with month end management account queries. The ideal candidate will have experience working across a group brand before and/or within a DTC environment.
• Input purchase and sales ledger entries.
• Manage finance inbox and deal with purchase ledger enquiries.
• Manage invoice approvals and queries from budget holders.
• Reconcile company bank and credit card accounts.
• Prepare weekly payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues.
• Assist with month and year end procedures
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
